CrimsonMuzik Vocalz LLC Single License, Single Mix Terms

By purchasing and downloading music from CrimsonMuzik Vocalz LLC, you agree to the following terms:

Limited License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable single use license to use the music for the sole purpose of incorporating it into competition cheerleading and/or competition dance routine music (“Mix”) created for live performance. You may cut/sample, adjust tempo, transpose key, and add sound effects and vocals.

Permitted Use

You and/or the team for whom the final routine is intended may post the Mix containing the licensed music to your respective social media pages. 

Restrictions

You may not use the licensed music for any other purpose beyond a single Mix. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify (beyond the permitted adjustments), publicly perform, or publicly display the licensed music outside of the Limited License & Permitted Uses terms. You may not sublicense or transfer this license. You may not use the music in any way that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Term

This license is valid for one (1) year from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. This license permits the licensed song(s) purchased may only be used in one (1) Mix within this period. A new single use license must be purchased for each Mix any element of the licensed music is contained in. After June 30, 2025, a new license must be purchased for continued use of that specific song in any existing Mix. For example, if a team wants to compete to the same music 2 years in a row, all the licensed music contained in the Mix must be renewed the second year.

Ownership and Copyright

CrimsonMuzik Vocalz LLC retains all ownership and copyright in the music. You acknowledge that the music is protected by copyright law and agree to comply with all applicable laws.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CrimsonMuzik Vocalz LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the music.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Virginia.
